Quotes and payment

Catalog prices are references, not delivered totals. Submitting a request does not reserve stock or authorize a purchase. Review the item details, fees, pickup arrangements and estimated timing in your quote. Quotes expire after seven days. Payment is arranged only using the instructions confirmed by Our Market; this website does not collect card numbers.

Stock and substitutions

We recheck availability before buying. If an item or vehicle sells out, we contact you about alternatives. We do not substitute a different item without your agreement.

Changes and cancellations

Contact us as early as possible. Before goods are bought, request a revised quote or cancellation. After buying or shipment, available options depend on the supplier’s return rules and costs already incurred. We explain any applicable costs before agreeing a cancellation or return.

Packing and shipment

Boxing, wrapping and labeling are separately quoted services. Shipping estimates depend on the route, dimensions, weight and product eligibility. “Easy to ship” is a browsing collection, not a guarantee of acceptance or a flat shipping rate. Customs and carrier requirements are confirmed for the actual shipment.

Pickup, damage and missing items

Pickup instructions appear in your order when it is ready. Check the package and contents at collection. Report damage or missing items promptly with photographs, packaging details and your request number so we can investigate and explain the available remedy.

Vehicle inquiries

Listings are not reserved inventory. We confirm the vehicle, seller, condition information and inspection arrangements separately. Your car quote must identify the vehicle and all agreed purchase, transport and destination costs before payment.

Privacy and private tracking

We collect the name, contact details, destination and shopping information you submit to prepare and fulfill your request. Necessary details may be shared with the suppliers, shipping providers and pickup contact handling your order. Keep your tracking access code private: anyone with it can view your order and accept its quote.

Owner access is password-protected. Shopping lists are stored in your browser; submitted requests are stored by the order service. Contact Our Market to ask about correction or deletion of your details. Do not put passwords, card numbers or identification documents into request notes.
